Bioshock Spawn Triggers!

yeah, yeah. bioshock is just 'ok'. it's not worth $50, but it was fun to play through... once. worth the 3 days' time i spent on it.

there were no simple cheats to spawn enemies, but first time going in this room made me search again. eventually found a program to force spawn npcs anytime, except only at fixed spots. similar to this but anywhere. just look it up

Personally the more that spawn the better in my opinion. That way I get more people to wrench, freeze, incinerate, electrify, shotgun, cyclone or watch my pet Big Daddy or security turrets and bots knock em around :)

Did you mention that this was basically the only part of the game this happens? I just love how people say its stupid because of spawn triggers, "COUGH"Call of Duty 4"COUGH". Maybe if some of you actually played the game... =P

He didnt mention it because it ISN'T the only place in the game with scripted attacks, unfortunately.

Practically every Big Daddy fighting another big daddy is scripted, for example.

Oh really? I wasnt exactly watching them with a large madnifying glass waiting for one of them to snap and attack another Big Daddy. Why would they even fight in the first place...

Oh, and why is this such a big deal? Im sure that the game isnt ruined because a splicer came out of the room leading to nothingness.

What annoys me is the constant respawn of enemies. It makes exploring area's annoying and takes away the feeling of gratification that I get, after I've disposed of all enemies in an area, just to have them respawn after I leave the room.

I'm stuck at this part right now. Can't stand it. Every time I go to search a bee hive I get hit with tons of bullets from these fuckers. Can't find the last one I'm looking for and you neglected to show in your video that the respawn point for your character is about a minute away from here, so every time you do you have to go all the way back just to die again almost instantly.

The 360's graphics looks better, but deffinately a contender for game of the year no matter what. freaking love this game.

I hate respawning enemies, it was pretty bad in System Shock 2 aswell,and morrowind, and oblivion and terrible in KOTOR towards the end.

Hmm this might take the cake though for worse respawning, looking at a box o dear.

If you pay attention in KOTOR, you realise they are never ending because its a space station filled with enemies.
