@LostShadow901, The film you're talking about (The Color of Money) continues the story of pool hustler and stakehorse Edward "Fast Eddie" Felson from Tevis' first novel, The Hustler (1959), with Newman reprising his role from its film adaptation (1961).

I saw this movie when it was new. Great film. Wonderful cast. It was reported that Jackie Gleason did his own shooting for the pool games.

Watched this movie on the plane. Loved it! Dialogue was wity and clever and a story about pool is original and hasnt been done before!
