targets return policy never changed. it has remained the same for 10 years. they have required a recepit for all returns and exchanges. and if you loose your recepit, that is your problem. they do offer recepit look up and if you had a regisrty, when the person who bought you the gift, and they went to pull up the regisrty, it told them to inlcude a gift reciept as it does on EVERY receipt and on the back of the recepit. so yeah. the end. save your reciepts.
