  • porn music

  • LOL OLOLLOL..... No.

HIs arms and body are really straight and with legs together, not mnay people can do that.

  • How? Just how?!!

  • very good.....!

  • What a wonderful example of a planche, thank you!

  • search for "planche training" study the first vid that comes up. that what i've been doing for months now. the screen capture for the vid is a black dude supporting his body on his knees with his arms

  • can anyone tell me how to train my shoulders and trizeps that i could do thatto? i think iam strong, look at my vids, but never strong enough to do this. i need some good exercises Please, help!!!

  • @Sameronei shoulderis right, but has nothing to do with trizeps, but biceps.

30% biceps and 70 shoulder. yes could help you

  • @Sameronei makes no sense whatsoever. biceps are for pulling, triceps are for pushing. biceps bend the arm, triceps straighten the arm.Seems to me you have to maintain your arm straight here, you're not pulling anything, so it's triceps.

  • @mrkiky thats wring, no tric at all except you do planche push ups. biceps is not pulling here, its a static, isometric contradiction

  • @Sameronei I don't quite understand what you mean by static isometric contradiction but I still disagree. considering the weight distribution it seems the arm is subjected to bending, to counter this the triceps must contract to keep it straight while biceps must remain idle. All that biceps can do is bend the forearm at the elbow and twist it (like you would when doing bicep curls) You simply cannot push with biceps, and I think it's pretty clear he pushes into the ground, away from him.

  • @mrkiky

Your theory is logical but completely wrong, the tricep does indeed straighten the arm but you are wrong in thinking that there are forces on the arm in straight arm work to bend it. There are some but they are very minimal. In straight arm work all the force is on the bicep because the arm is in a position to hyperextend, the bicep flexes like crazy to prevent this from happening and prevent damage to the elbow.

  • @typhoon535 i see. so the arm does indeed tend to bend. but the other way, so the bicep comes into play. that makes sense. thank you for a good explanation.

  • @mrkiky it's biceps more then triceps the angle he has put himself in means the tendon connecting the the front delt to the forearm is greatly taxed due to extension of his arm the triceps are also working to keep the arm straight but the biceps are working greatly to keep his body postioned at that angle so the bicep has undergone a great eccentric contraction and is putting an intense amount of pressure on the bicep tendon... to be more specfic it's working the tendons mainly.
