For all the "growth" that the valley has sustained why is it the poorest metro area in the COUNTRY!!! why is the(hands down)The most uneducated area in the country!?!? For sure Mexicans can't drive for shit!!!! BUT, they do contribute to our local and nat'l economy big time!!! They buy alot of goods from the Rio Grande Valley!!! If they would just learn to drive right then everything would be alot better!!!
Muy friend, i agree with you, but check this out: in the US side, EVERYONE behaves (because of the fear of getting pulled by the transit authority) but once they return to the MExico side, all i can say is, FUCK, they all drive like fucking animals
