You're a fuckin goofy fag. You look soooo gay, it's rediculous. Also, you're so fuckin homely it isn't even funny. You think you look good in these photos? You're soft as a grape and delusional.
Awesome video as usual! You make a really good subject btw. I like how at the end you threw in some of the business side of your photography. Could you do a video on how you market yourself (besides the fro), get clients, other rates, and how you talk to the client about the whole process and what they can expect. thanks.
Apparently, if this is Adam's style and you @JaredPolin has a similar style to him, then I have a pretty similar style to both of you, because the photos in the videos was exactly how I imagined if someone had to do a photo shoot with me.
Awesome info. I am glad came across your channel yesterday. The info at the end of this video is what I needed to hear. I want to get paid for taking photographs, but I am uncertain of where to start. You gave me a good starting point. Now I just need to improve my photo skills.
My wife and I are trying to go pro. We have a couple of cameras - 60D & t2i - (Canon, I know, forgive us) - and an 18-135mm (hardly used), 50mm 1.8 II, Tamron 17-50mm 2.8, and 30mm 1.4 (Sigma 50mm equiv). Saw your review of the Sigma 70-200 2.8. We also have a 430 EXII and 2 Yongnuo YN460s and Yongnuo wireless receivers. Would you say it is a MUST to have a 70-200 2.8?
We want to do weddings, portraits, etc, as a hubby-wife team. Would you say the 70-200 2.8 from Sigma would be a must?
You could of had a different color T Shrit on. With your camera black and your shirt a dark color your camera wasn't that noticeable. Keep up the GREAT!!! work. All your info is very helpful. Thanks again for your time.
How do you take that step from doing photographs for your friends to getting paid to do portraits of people? Where do you get that exposure of people who would be willing to pay you?
mm i hate these type of shoots where the model doesn't smile or show any emotion, even the though the pictures themselves look great it gives off an uninterested, boring, fake and too "cool" look which in my opinion i'd want to hire/watch/follow someone who had a happy, emotional photo who i'd think would be an enjoyable person to work with
Hey Jarred, do you make them sign any contracts be fore the shoot? If they do, can you please give us some tips on what the contract has to say? And where do you get your prints after the shoot?
i wouldnt mind you talking about your contracts and copyrights with your clients. i start talking to people about copyright releases and they look at me like deer in highlights.
im just starting out in photography, people say i have an eye for photography and my composition is good and im currently taking a photo class in highschool. the class is really simple and i definitely know alot more then whats being taught and practiced. i need some help starting out i dont know how to start making money and im not sure what i can do to improve
@Mas7erChief117 not a lot right now unfortunately, i had 10 pounds more about 6 months ago but can not keep up with the amount of eating that is needed.
Great pictures :), love them, nice to see you on the other side of the camera too, don't know how to ask this question but how do you get someone to pose, it sounds silly but I want to get into portrait photography on landscape too much and i like the idea of portrait but don't know how to get anyone to pose :(, maybe a short video to explain, a know a few people will or are asking this question also.
i'm a complete noob and just started gettin in to your vids, which have been very helpful. i'm curious why you seem to use lightroom over photoshop (i have both, but have relatively old versions). i'm already registered at your site, and getting a lot of info there, so thanks
Great stuff. Pic 2 and the first of you sitting against the wall was my favorite. If i am just starting out and i dont really have people or friends avaliable to practice portrait shooting, what are some tips to train in this type of photography so when i do get a willing live subject, i will know roughly what to do and not be completely oblivious?
Outstanding thank you for the Info. Im now starting to get paid and folks are asking me to take pics of them and their families. What about seeling landscape photos and such?
@habaca check for signs of it been droped, scratches are usually nothing to worrie about but lenses should not have denst´s. check to front-element for scratches. Take some test-shoots.
@JaredPolin Thanks. I'd just like to say i really appreciate your dedication to improving photography across the globe. I'm in England and I love your weekly edit and other videos like this one. I find them really helpful. Thanks a lot! ^_^
@skidgalning I bet if you see who gives the "thumbs down" you would find they are the same people giving all the Fro videos a negative. I dont believe Youtube should even have that option. Either you like it or move on.
