i used acrylic paint...

u can use paint markers but its gonna cost a lot of money

just use, sharpie for the outline and paint brush with acrylic paint to color in it

Btw, for the other person who was asking what I used, I used Paint and a Paint brush, if you want to know how to make the perfect outline or circles then use the pointy tip of the brush which is the end of the stick.
