Haight street is in San Francisco,California,the Hippie mecca.the huge colorful Hippie district in the Bay area( san francisco) Golden gate Park down the street,where every one hangs out at on Hippie hill.

Hippie Hill has a killer 420 day,and,any day up in the park,people sit around,smoke weed,drop acid,hoola hoop,and theres a huge drum circle every day.Anything goes in San Francisco,Gay or Straight.

Haight street is a very colorful neighborhood,like it was in the 60's.a very groovy place,people with crazy clothes,tattoos,piercings,neon­-hair,and very retro.

It's called the "Haight-Ashbury" District,where theres lots of groovy clothing stores,gay discos,tattoo parlors,Funky-trendy cafes,head shops,Hookah bars,and strange and eccentric is quite normal on Haight street.

Haight-Ashbury has a huge young homeless population,from 15 and up,but they are cool street punx,very Hippie in nature,jump freight trains,and smoke weed all day in front of the shops.People give them change and no one trips off these vagabonds.I,was once there too on Haight.

Like in Atlanta,Georgia they have a similar District called "Little Five Points" you can check them both out on youtube too.Haight-Ashbury is a lot bigger though,and groovier...A totally different world once you go to the Haight.

People flock to Haight street to this day,because it's a safe haven,you can be yourself through out the whole city of San Francisco.You can stroll down the street with a Hot pink feather-boa if you want to.

I like this song the best from "New Surrender." The Feel Good Drag was my hardcore favorite for a couple days, I didn't let the CD play any songs more than 5 (cuz The Feel Good Drag is #5)

Once i got over my love affair.. this songs I think is better.

Croucke.. I don't know where you're from, but here (Minnesota) the CD cost like $13 at Target. But! i do absolutely agree that this CD is completely worth the buy. =D

THough I haven't listened to everything on the album, only the stuff on youtube, I completely agree. This is by far the catchiest and most upbeat, which I like. What I've heard from the rest of the album is great, too.
