When you cut the root stock, do you seal it with wax or something or just leave it just as you cut it???

So all he did was graft on the trunk of the previous grape vine variety?

He did not have to graft lower on the rootstock...very nice!

Anyone who doesn't like a mature vine can change it with this method.
