Im not saying a note for note cover is completely pointless because there is always a lot to be learned from taking on a new cover but putting your own spin on it offers something new for the listener and is more interesting for the player.

@axl77 Yeah it's hard to find on youtube apparently it's going to be a big selling point on a live x factor show so everyones uploads are being wiped for copyright. I suppose the malaria attack was coincidental but it is dangerous whatever, I thought that once that disease is in the bloodstream it never goes, it is really incurable just more treatable now than it was in the past so yes she has had a brush with death I think, cheers mitsy:)
@mitsymagicful Didnt know that about malaria ,thats pretty dark. A disease to avoid i think. From the looks of things shes back to full strength though. I was a little concerned my vid would get pulled but then again it is only a cover and a low key one at that. Its not going to put much of a dent in the reputation of the original.

You Should try Your take on her Bands mates( Nadine Coyle - Insatiable) song she is releasing , it's really good song . its gotta a 80s feel to it and is a hard song to sing .. so try it

I didnt even know Nadine Coyle was realeasing anything solo. Girls Aloud seem to be fragmenting dont they. I guess thats just the natural course of things.

@mitsymagicful Well thank you for saying that. I havent really listened to the original enough yet as its a brand new song but i really liked the lyrics. It sounds like it was wriitten by someone who was worried for their life, maybe that bout of malaria she had was worse than reported

@axl77 Yeah it's hard to find on youtube apparently it's going to be a big selling point on a live x factor show so everyones uploads are being wiped for copyright. I suppose the malaria attack was coincidental but it is dangerous whatever, I thought that once that disease is in the bloodstream it never goes, it is really incurable just more treatable now than it was in the past so yes she has had a brush with death I think, cheers mitsy:)

@mitsymagicful Didnt know that about malaria ,thats pretty dark. A disease to avoid i think. From the looks of things shes back to full strength though. I was a little concerned my vid would get pulled but then again it is only a cover and a low key one at that. Its not going to put much of a dent in the reputation of the original.
