The Figaro music is from The Barber of Seville by Rossini, not Mozart's Marriage of Figaro.

The more I watch this sketch, the more I see how bizarre it is! Logically, the soprano should have stopped singing when Ernie pulled the record off of the record player. Logic never applied in Kovacs' world!
@rolko52 I think you mean the bass, not the soprano. Figaro is sung by a man.
