What about when Christian preachers were harassed and threatened at the Arab Festival in Dearborn a couple of years ago simply for witnessing to passers-by? Or the honor killing of Jessica Mokdad, shot in the head by her stepfather because, according to him, she "wasn't Muslim enough"? Or the fact that one of the stars of the show, Suehaila Amen, is openly a supporter of Hamas, Hezzbollah, and Khomeini's Islamic Revolution in Iran when the US embassy in Tehran was stormed in '79?

And God knows, he might go to hell for what he did, but we can't blame the person's religion cuz there are serial killers, assassins and other violent ppl that are not Muslim, so should we blame Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, or any other religion? While I agree with you that there is indeed much trash on TV like you mentioned (Jersey Shore, Kardashians, "Real" Housewives) and advertisers should be wary of what shows they advertise on, I have to agree with Lowe's decision to pull their advertising from that Muslim show. And yes, I have seen several episodes of it and found it nothing more that a whitewashing of Islam. The Muslims on the show may be depicted fairly accurately, sure, but what about the negative stuff happening in Dearborn?
