i think animals understand, some more than others. mainly dogs. but ive had alot of cats and my day.

some of the cats i had would actually understand what saying some times, and i dont mean "lets eats" or something like that, one example is i was playing n64 in my bros room one day and my cat walked in, jumps on the bed and say to her without really looking "michaels gonna kill u if he sees u in here" she gets up and lays outside the room watching me. and no he wouldnt of hurt her if he seen

The cutesy voices are pretty much the same between pets and infants/todddlers. It's because they bring out our paterna/maternal instincts and it makes us seem non-threatening to something which is usually smaller and we can physically overpower. Pharaoh has beautiful eyes and I loved the comedic bits with Pharaoh speaking.
