Hanafuda is actually really fun. It's like another version of Poker in a sense. You play odds by matching up cards based on month, bright, animal, flower, and ribbon. The rules are rather arbritary at first but it's completely fun playing against friends once you understand the odds. Here is a link to a flash based browser that will show you the sets and allow you to play against a computer.

its normally a 3 player game

but it can be played with 2 or more

usually relatives i know gamble with the game

its pretty much a cheap card game where ppl will bet small amounts of cash because the game is pretty weird

its still pretty fun though

im pretty sure you can find tutorials online

its difficult at first but its easy once you get used to it

You match the pictures on the cards. Thats pretty much it. My Girlfriend is Korean and her mother has a bunch of awesome hanafuda card sets at her house. I wish I knew what the Korean name for the cards was, if there even is a separate name :D

you start the game with 3 cards in each players ass, each player eats one card every 10 minutes until the deck is empty. After 24 hours the poison should start working and you will be shitting the cards out, first player to get 5 cards (including the original 3) out of their ass alive wins
