First of all you have to define what do you mean by religion ? I live in west and I can say for majority of Christians religion is nothing more than an identity of a person or a cross hanging to his neck, its not even a spirituality(when you interact with Christians you will find out these Christians are actually more of an atheists in believes). So those who treat their own religion as mere an identity how will they understand the wisdom of Islamic shariah ?
For Muslims religion is not just an identity or spirituality its a complete way of life, birth, education, manners, marriage, care to elders, trade, finance, governess, war its a complete guidance for the success of humans being. So in an Islamic state which is govern by Islamic shriah(in todays Christians countries there is separation between church and state) all the Muslims living in the state is a soldier of Islam (its compulsory for Muslims to be ready for Jihad if necessary in defence.)
As such a Muslim is trust worthy to know the secrets of state, and anyone who switch side(by apostate) then he is liable to be tried under treason, which is death penalty (this is the standard in all the countries of the world even today, remember the American Taliban John Walker ? he just change his religion to Islam and was supporting Taliban but he was framed for treason in US. So if Islam calls for it its bad and if other do the same its civilized?).
The punishment is to save guard the state from any infiltration of enemies, who first might accept Islam then after knowing the secretes of state will switch their loyalties to the enemies. And this punishment is not a applies to those living under in non Islamic states and only a Islamic court can implement this punishment not by an individual Muslim. And yes there is a link between Army and common Muslim in an Islamic state.

I live in west and I can say for majority of Christians religion is nothing more than an identity of a person or a cross hanging to his neck, its not even a spirituality(when you interact with Christians you will find out these Christians are actually more of an atheists in believes). So those who treat their own religion as mere an identity how will they understand the wisdom of Islamic shariah ?

For Muslims religion is not just an identity or spirituality its a complete way of life, birth, education, manners, marriage, care to elders, trade, finance, governess, war its a complete guidance for the success of humans being. So in an Islamic state which is govern by Islamic shriah(in todays Christians countries there is separation between church and state) all the Muslims living in the state is a soldier of Islam (its compulsory for Muslims to be ready for Jihad if necessary in defence.)

As such a Muslim is trust worthy to know the secrets of state, and anyone who switch side(by apostate) then he is liable to be tried under treason, which is death penalty (this is the standard in all the countries of the world even today, remember the American Taliban John Walker ? he just change his religion to Islam and was supporting Taliban but he was framed for treason in US. So if Islam calls for it its bad and if other do the same its civilized?).

The punishment is to save guard the state from any infiltration of enemies, who first might accept Islam then after knowing the secretes of state will switch their loyalties to the enemies. And this punishment is not a applies to those living under in non Islamic states and only a Islamic court can implement this punishment not by an individual Muslim. And yes there is a link between Army and common Muslim in an Islamic state.

Khushwant Singh was very wrong that Zakir Naik's levels are below undergraduate debates, his level is below high school or teenage debates. That's why all those dumb people just clap after whatever he says. This is just one simple example that everybody can laugh at this person or if such thing is there on quran then can laugh at quran too.

Actually, the literal meaning of the words the Prophet used is much stronger than that. He said that milk is "healing," ghee is "medicine," and beef is "disease."

This comes from the famous hadith collection Zâd al-maâd by Ibn Qayyim. I have been all through the many hadith books and I have never found any saying that the Prophet of Islam, peace be upon him, ate beef. In fact, he advised against it.
