What a great video. Your grandson is so adorable Betty and his Mom is gorgeous but then we see who they take after. I love these type of festivals where families can have some wholesome fun. This is the stuff sweet memories are made of.

how fun -i'm taking art this semester and I wished they could of introduced pottery also in my art class. It would be fun to get my hands messy every once in a while. You have such a beautiful family Betty! Carter is a Doll !! He was so cute tossing the rings over the 7-Up bottles. He'd toss the ring and when he'd make the ring go on the 7-Up bottle he'd always look up at the person running the game. Look back at the video...he looks at the person like....."hey I made it" lol it's like he's trying to be sure he made it and won = ) He's tooooo cute for words !!! Sooo cute!

That looks so fun!That looks just like the 1 we go 2 every year in Calif.The 1 we go 2 is at the Kern River in Calif.The Kern River is Hugh&is known for their river rafting.It's a very, very fun town 2 visit.It's about 2 hours from us.They also have a fair&parade.It's funny b/c if U live in "Kernville"your in the parade lol then work the booths.We rent a cabin when we go and make a 4 day trip of it.Sometimes we take out boat too& our Meyers Manx Dunebuggy.Seeing that I can't wait to go Thanks:)

@Robind0514 I love Bybee pottery, and over the years I have owned a variety of pieces--canisters, cereal bowls, sugar & creamer, buttermilk pitcher, covered butter dish, plus vaious mugs, etc. Right now, I only have my canister set and a few mugs. Rick & I decided to "down-size" right after we retired, and I sold a lot of my Bybee pottery. I miss it, but I live close enough to go and replace it, if I should choose to do that. I thinks it's wonderful!

Here is a funny story... my husband bought a funnel cake when we were leaving our local festival and wanted to eat it in the car. He turned on the car forgeting that the air conditoning in the car was full blast. Well he had powdered sugar all over his blue shirt and shorts :-)

This was a wonderful video I really enjoyed it. That Kettle Corn made me drool. Right now here in Dallas we're having our State Fair I sure hope they're having the handmade funnel cake instead of the premade ones. Nothing beats the handmade ones.
