  • I never watched Fred Penner's Place as a kid, I only saw commercials. So seeing Fred sing something now was actually pretty damn cool.

  • Il puff the magic dragon anyday ;)

  • I used to love this guy. My fav was always the sandwich song... i lost the game.

  • i remember fred penner from when i was a kid =D

  • it may not be peter paul and marry but fred penner is not very far behind

  • Fred is playing it too upbeat, this is an agonizingly sad song ;\

  • @lemonademoosejaw He's playing it for kids....

  • ya but out of context its weird, peter paul and mary would just change the ending to say puff is still alive and playing today

  • i used to get emotional to this song when i was a kid. LOL. it's great

  • @ttaylorfaithh peter yarrow added to this song to give it a happier ending

  • @gabeargue1 and what was the addition?

  • Considering how many times I've been to Steinbach, I really should see a concert of his sometime! We had an album of his when I was growing up.

  • Fred Penner was the first concert I went to. I was 3 and I thought that going to his concert was so harcore.

  • @RinRanThatWay Me it was Sharon, Lois, and Bram

  • God he has aged well. Still a true performer. My life would be different if not for him

  • Fred Penner is a legend. I loved his show on Nickolodeon, as did my little boys. Great, great memories...thank you, Fred
