Yours must be broken. I have crippled hands from my last tour in Iraq, I own the mSR, the SR and a CB100. Out of the three, I am unable to fly the mSR. The SR and the CB100 fly great for those learning or those that like to fly really slow and easy.
It is meant for those that want to move past the mSR or FP heli's, onto CP heli's and full 3D flight. It is not meant to be easier by any means.
The MSR has a lot of built in stability compared to 'normal' fixed pitch helis. I like it but it does give you a false sense of security with it's built in mixing. it's relatively easy to fly. A halfway house between a coax and fixed pitch. From what I can gather the SR is EFlites equivalent for a collective pitch heli with yet again more built in stability than you would find on any other CP heli. Stick with the MSR to help you with general orientation and get a sim as someone else suggested.
I test flew one at the LHS last night. It's definitely harder than the MSR, but being a collective pitch heli, it should be. Don't give up! Get yourself Realflight Lite for $99.00 and practice practice practice. You'll do fine after that.
I was getting board for a minute then you turned on the shit and get switch. Nice flying. Flying in the wind is fun as long as your Helli has the power to go into the wind without going up. Thats when you really need idle up. To bring it down.
I was running it in Normal and in Idle Up at various times. You can hear times when the head speed drops a lot when I go for negative pitch in Normal trying to get the heli down. In Idle Up, it does not drop RPMs due to the difference in the throttle curve below mid stick.
@1911Solution88 Hey did you sell your blade sr?

I don't like flying my Vibe 50 in that much wind. Really shows off the skills and quality of the pilot and the heli. 5 stars for you!

You can't be using the stock radio? If so, are you using a DX6i or DX7i? If it's a DX6i would you be willing to share your settings? - Thanks!
