wow, that;s great! Mackenzie is so determined to get her straddle press handstand, she almost has it by herself. She is in the gym for 11 and a half hours a week now, last year only7, head coach said sheis thinking of getting more time for her and another girl to teach them more advanced things, we are meeting with coach soon, any tips/advice on things we should ask? tia:) Jen
Thanks! Yes she is nine and she started training in September, so she's come a long way in a short time. She will be testing again on July 17th. She trains at First State Gymnastics in Newark, DE. All suggestions are appreciated!
Great job! I think she has a good chance. Have her work her form for National Testing. A little bit more practice on rope too. I am assuming she is 9? She shows a lot of promise! What gym is she from?

Congratulations!! It was pretty tough this year and cut off was raised to 77 (it was 75 last year!!)

She trains in the gym for 16 hours/wk and will be moving up to 19 hours/wk when her coach thinks shes ready. We don't want to burn her!
