I love the KJV as well but I hear more preaching ABOUT the KJV than preaching from it. The Lord Jesus Christ is to be magnified. Man can only be saved through preaching the Gospel not preaching about Bible versions. Thank God for the KJV but I think satan can use this controversy to side track a lot of well meaning preachers into giving out messages that have absolutely no power to save a soul from hell. The Gospel is the power of God unto Salvation.

@saved38 Lacy is preaching to a room full of saved people in this message. Why would you complain that he's exhorting and edifying the saints to stand against apostasy and keep preaching the infallible Book?

In response I would say it's "sissy" for Lacy and his ilk to ignore the fact that other Greek manuscripts exist. To arbitrarily dismiss them as the work of some fictitious "Alexandrian Cult" (like Ruckman) is dishonest and doesn't deal with the facts. I would like to see actual evidence of such a thing. This portion of the sermon is full of charismatic-like emotion and bluster but very little substance backed up with facts. We are Christian brothers but I feel this man is mislead on this issue.
