I've had YDL running better than this back in 3.15 on OtherOS. Maybe AsbestOS or BootOS isn't really worth it.

zerogame for YDL 6.2 gave better performance using the cell based scaler as well as supporting loads of systems, is there any chance we'll see a ydl image anytime soon
