Yeah, versus I mind full of fear and self loathing. A mind that doesn't truly think on it's own. And needs an invisible entity to guide him. Think that GOD is one thing...that he's humanoid and or has a sex. REALLY! I didn't follow the guy in the hat. At least he has a open view on what "GOD" is. He's not MAINSTREAM believe what your told Christians.
very cool - this is one of those folks that we might shy from sharing with - but its just a conversation...and the Lord can use anybody. sometimes it takes me a sec to get my groove on - but then you think about eternity for the Lost...and you jump in there and share.
He is probably a pk. I have these typed of "intellectuals"in my family. Give them the law, Pray for them. I think it is funny he thinks he had all the answers. But then when found guilty according to the bible all of a sudden "men" wrote it and they can't be trusted.
I love these videos. I watch carefully and just imagine if I was in Ray's shoes, and I would have that conversation. But I do have a question. When I take someone through the law, and asks someone if they lied. And they said they have, but when I asks them what would they call someone that tells lies, they would say a "human being" or normal as this guy put it. Any way I can get them to say that they are a liar?
I was trying to share the gospel with a guy who thinks like that in my class.. like he believes you become energy when you die and when i asked him if he thinks he's a good person he said he does good and bad so he can't say he's good so i was like man you were suposed to answer yes :/ (in my head ofc) so i just told him what i believe in and then told him that if he's right i have nothing to lose but if im right he'll spend eternity in hell but he didnt seem to care..
@dragonfist25 yea... actually it was the 1st time i built up the courage to share the gospel so was very nervous...especially when u get on someone like that :O
I remember talking to a person believing in something like that. He was (or is) a strong relativist. He brought up arguments about interpretation and perception... talking to him was like a marry-go-round! It wasn't getting anywhere. I'd say the best approach to dissect and cripple their arguments is through logic.
@Yaddrasile It is pretty simple to back relativists into a corner. Their philosophy does not makes logical sense. Ask them this question: Does absolute truth exist? If they say no, ask them if their answer was absolutely true. If their answer is yes, then absolute truth exists. If their answer is no, then they were wrong and absolute truth exists.
Precisely. I've seen that dialogue used plenty of times in debates. But to be more frank, one saying he/her believe everything is relative is an actual fallacy: Relativist Fallacy. It blows up on itself.
@MissLeanaFaith it was the 1st time i heard abt such beliefs...but since he doesnt believe in God or heaven and hell it doesnt matter for him.. he grew up in a communist country(slovakia) and religion was forbiden for a certain period and also that his grand-parents became strong catholics after the communism but he doesnt belive in the bible or Jesus... i tried Ray's arguments i've seen when he talks 2 atheists but i was all over the place lol and it went into an endless debate...
@onetribeyall remember brother, if they say "No" you can say "Why not? Have you lied, stolen, lusted, hated, or blasphemed?" or if they say "IDK" then you can say "Would you like to find out?" then bring up the 10 commandments.
@heavymetalpoisoning7 he said he's in the middle.. sometimes he does good and sometimes he does bad so he already admited he's not a good person and i understood he's thinking so couldn't think on hw to respond so that's why i just told him what i believe in after he explained 2 me abt these energy stuff... but i see what u mean :)...nd im a sister bdwy lol u cnt tell from the username. God bless!

I love how concentrated and focused this evangelism was done. The Gospel of the Christ was clearly shared without being side tracked.

Overall Energy that everyone feels? I thought that was heartburn. And also the statement is a bit presumptuous.

I believe that verse was in concern to MAN doing the judging. IELTSExamination was quoting the bible. I think the bible is doing the judging.
