  • wow that was short but nice

  • FANTASTIC

  • Too short!

  • Is this google sketchup?

  • this one is very inefficient. intakes must be smaller, spaced, and timed.

  • @eddiequest4 could you tell me why?? because it looks so simple and gives the impresion that nothing could break down it would be a pitty if it was inefficient...

  • @KarpatycGhost as far as the port size for the intake and exhaust, they are fine, what decreases the efficiency of this rotary vane motor is the fact that there is no expansion. if you look inside, there is a runner on the exhaust side that allows the exhaust gases to escape early. this causes some inefficiencies due to the fact that the air can escape before they have expanded to maximum volume.

  • @KarpatycGhost while max volume usually isnt piratical within the motor (look at compound steam engines for multiple "engine" designs) the other thing that i notice is that the outer housing is equidistant from the circular shaft. if the housing was shifted to the right to allow the gases to expand, they will exert exert force in all directions and allow the gasses more time to expand and make power through the entire revolution.

  • @KarpatycGhost Hope all that helps!

  • well done!

  • I like my design......
