This looks like a golf swing. The elbow goes down and the hands follow, then the barrel of the bat as the rise ball moves up and goes right past you. This style was created for baseball where they pitch from a mound and throw over the top. Ted Williams was the best rotational hitter ever but he never faced a rise ball in his life...I would bet.
QUESTION: Why do hitters sometimes run towards the ball while at bat? Thanks.
