  • chakram is such a cool weapon

  • Maiev Shadowsong.

    Anyone?

  • 33:28 - 33:47

    holy shit

  • Comment removed

  • at 41:39 to 41:40 you can hear him fire the weaponized chakram machine and the target on the right corner of the screen..but it doesnt hit. it doesnt even move. they edited it so it would seem like he actually hit the target..i think the old guy hitting the mark on the watermelon was also edited to make it look like he hit it..pretty sad actually that they cant hit shit and they edited it all to make it seem good for tv..

  • His pubic beard at 15:50 bothers the hell out of me.........Nonetheless, Good vid.

  • Colette Brunel~~~~~ mwahahha

  • makes me think about xena

  • Why did he call it a "demon weapon" that seems kinda offensive to those guys :/

  • Chakrams are pretty awesome! of course i would say that though, being a huge xena:warrior princess fan, and all ;)

  • Dosn't look very efective

  • I want to play ultimate frisbees with the guys from 12:00 :P would make it kinda fun :)

  • You would think that the guy building the thing could have thought of off-road applications.I mean really this is sad. Still a good demo. ^_^

  • Indians are also into reenactment? Who would have thought? ^^

  • The engineer guy has obviously never played disc golf :) having to the Research Lab b/c the Chakram veers to the right, when the issue is with how he doesn't keep his arm parallel to the ground when he throws.

  • Xena

  • Is Mike Loades always on a horse?

    But Chad's trial was hilarious!

  • "now, maybe your monkey business aside"

    Mike Loades is awesome

  • @Assaultwarfare The man is a trip. I agree!

  • I'm sorry, i'm 15 and i've try my hand in modifying the chakram. Way better than this "pro".

I took the form factor of Tron's discs, and added a tri-handle inspired by Axel from Kingdom Hearts' cross-handle.

Its more accurate, easier to hold and throw, waay more power. Not bragging, just describing it and how much this "modification" sucks...

  • @House3272 U should show that modification off

  • @Saix342 Dont know how haha. Made it on inventor, broke my wood prototype (threw it too much haha)

  • TRON!

  • He said look at that I killed a melon but you heard it drop

  • Lol from Mike's trip to India it seems the last name "Singh" is as common a Sikh name as "Smith" in the west.

  • @jimthehappymonkey1 singh i think come form sanskrit for lion and the sihks are suppose to be batptized in the name sine 1699.

  • @jimthehappymonkey1 lol i believe there are implication of the english have a lot of blacksmiths before :D

  • @jimthehappymonkey1 Every male Sikh is in fact required adopt the name Singh somewhere, as per the religion.

  • @goremand Ah, interesting, didn't know that!

  • Once you include a mount and advanced technology, I feel like you might as well use a minigun

  • slings are better!

  • 21:00

    loll

  • Bauhaus T-shirt FTW!

  • Cannabis drink? I thought, like Buddhists, they were opposed to intoxicants. Interesting weapon though. Its like the west asian/middle eastern version of a shuriken. ...actually, in Japanese it would probably still be called shuriken, but you know what I mean.

  • @LotusDragon09 maybe it depends on the sect, these are nihangh sikhs, with emphasis on the warrior aspect

  • @JKT6 Ah thats true, I didnt think of that. Ive only done minimal research on Sikhism so I dont really know about different sects. I do know that there are Sikh warriors, but didnt know they were an actual sect.

  • @LotusDragon09 im not sure, this is just my guess.

  • 5:10 he's throwing chakram's to see their range when a biker comes past on the road just a little while off............ Am I the only one who sees the problem here?

  • I burst to tears then I saw whot on next and I cant see it :'(

  • Do not fuck with the neehangs, those guys are nuts ,

  • the white people are white converts to sikhism

  • LOVED the oddjob scene...

  • Better try an assault rifle and it will shoot much faster and better than this. More mobility and versatility.

  • That "chuckram" is epic!

  • Am I the only one that thought of Axel from Kingdom Hearts while watching this?

  • @kutlessrocker23 i'm thinking more along the lines of xena, but now that you mention it yes for axel lol

  • @kutlessrocker23 Heck yes!! Axel is awesome!

  • @kutlessrocker23 Axel didn't have a chakram tho, it's more likely a simple ring weapon from wushu

  • @kutlessrocker23 I dunno if people have pointed this out or not, so sorry if you already know, and I'm not trying to be like... I dunno smarmy or anything. But Axel actually uses Wind and Fire wheels, not chakrams. The people in charge just mis-labeled them. XP

  • @kutlessrocker23 to be correct axel uses chinese wind and fire wheels

  • Anyone know where to buy some chakram?

    would love o have some

  • This Thrand!!!!

Love this Video series .I have a thought who ever scripts Deadliest warrior I beleive watched this series. Only problem rajput didn't use chakrams from what I can tell And why was roman using Scorpion single combat?

please check out my videos here on youtube. Mike Loades rules!!!!!!!!

  • @ThegnThrand I've always wanted the Akali Nihang to be on Deadliest Warrior

  • handmade chakram with horse was better that tractor stuff was retarded

  • the melon looked like it was already cut

  • Although i m not a sikh(but indian),these guys make me even more proud as an indian!wahe guruji da khalsa, wahe guruji di fateh, jai hind.

  • When he said that he "killed a melon", you could hear it drop on the ground, haha.

  • This show introduced me to the Akali Nihangs and Shastar Vidiya. Wow.

  • stupid anglobitches xD

  • i remember seeing this weapon on deadliest warrior.

  • Ok, I'm going to ask the question that he didn't demonstrate and I don't think anyone else has asked so far:

What if they miss? ; )

  • Maybe if you stop having a seizure, you can stop falling off the vehicle?

  • A lot of fun. Thanks for posting.

  • Shouldn't that guy should have measured the distance before? lol & why did he keep falling?

  • Shouldn't that guy should have measured the distance before? lol

  • that guy is all about safety lol a group of people with chakrams charging at him trying to hit melons behind him

  • I can imagine shooting with this to infantry. Great idea B-)

  • I thought this was just a made up weapon for Xena.

  • Mike Loades again! Just how much does he love weapons?

  • Give me an army with Archers and Zweihander units and you could beat the Sikh line... Split my archers, 2 groups on either side of my zweihander units to get the sides mainly to break the line, then split them into quaters so half on either side fire directly at them and the other half fire upwards and rain down on them, then when they are at my men the zweihanders charge, the length of the Zweihander will get past the normal fighting and will reach all of them in the line... simple

  • @RazeAnimations

I don't think that's how it works... Your archers can be easily countered by being blocked by shields and armor. The zweihander units can be out-maneuvered, something as big as a broadsword takes time to pull back and bring to a strike. In that time, said zweihander would have been skewered by multiple spears or swords.

Once the zweihander unit is taken care of, what will the archers do? Unlike western soldiers, Indian soldiers knew how to handle many types of weapons.

  • Comment removed

  • @TraptbyBenjamin: If you've ever swung a real 2-handed sword, and I have, you'll know that 1. broadsword is a wrong term invented by modern romanticists 2. two-handers can be swung faster than an eye can see ---- they only weighed 2-5 pounds, historically.

  • @TraptbyBenjamin,

And "Zweihander units".... well, which types are you talking about? The doppelkreigers or the Landsknechte? The former are light armored infantry whose main purpose on the field was to run up to the pike formations and cleave the spear heads with their bihanders, while the ones who actually fought with great or long swords are the landsknechte, the heavy armored knights, which are extremely hard to take down. That's not even counting the armored lancers.

  • @VorpalDrake

You can go on and on about the virtues of zweihanders, but keep in mind that when the Muslim empire was expanding it was the Indians who turned them back from South Asia. Meanwhile, in the west Muslim armies conquered Turkey and Spain. Were the zweihanders not there when that happened?

  • @TraptbyBenjamin: Only mainly the Templars were fighting the Crusades, not the German Landsknechte (there were German Knights fighting the Crusades, but those were few) ._. And remember, any knight, not just the -German- Landsknechts would wearing layers of linen under all their armor (google up gambeson); the Templars lost mainly due to heat exhaustion and attrition. And I'm not singing out the virtues of Zweihanders, I just thought I'd point out some facts you missed out.

  • At 10:17, behind the Nihang Akali are two Singhs, who were previously Christian who now embraced Sikhism due to its principles and way of life. Look them up, the two Singhs are called Chardi Kala Jatha, there is also another Singh alongside them but is not present in this video. Hope all is well

  • This is a bit more interesting than people building cars and fishing crabs.

  • He's throwing those things onto a road. Scooter at 5:14

  • @AdamGotIt Lol

  • thats some scary sh*t

  • cool, im trying ot get materials to make a repeating crossbow

  • Haha who added that Wilhelm scream in there?

  • I've never seen this show or this channel before

  • i love saying chakram!

  • Should have used a Yamaha Rhino instead of a John Deer Gator.

  • i have to imagine the main advantage to these things is that they're light, because a javelin is a lot more threatening and probably easier to use.

  • xena warrior princess had a chakram , need i say more ??

  • I in no way am badass enough to have lived back then.

  • coolest weapon ive ever seen

  • real life tony stark

  • wilhelm scream @ 41:46

  • Ofcourse it tips if you don't keep your wrist straight. Damn these guys are idiots.

  • i thought chakram was melee

  • One of the most impressive turrents ever built by human hands =]

  • how deep could a man throw a chakram into someone ?

  • @rakdos1235 In Deadliest Warrior they proved the chakram can EASILY decapitate a man.

  • @LinkKhaira no point in arguing with these fundamentalists, they are a waste of time. Gathka teaches how to show off but come on, you stick twirl one way you would kill ur team. and even your hoarse, and stick twirling is fast, but has no power to decapitate anyone because the swords weigh less than feathers. and ever thought why all REAL nihangs wear chakarams in their dastars? like sh. babba deep singh ji? they arent just for show. or why there are huge thick karrey? for fighting

  • @GabhrooShakeen09 are you saying these things can't kill? Have you ever heard of the show "Deadliest Warrior"? They tested it against a pig (with the same density as human tissue) and cut cleanly through the neck...

  • @thejock55 that show really is not an good show at all bad with s many things if it is on spike tv or any other other place that is for enterianment is not good with the history or anything else

  • @thejock55 the rajputs who faught with the same style as the sikhs were on it the only differance between the two is that sikhs mastered it

  • @1992KSB That's not completely correct. The Rajputs didn't master the chakram but they did master several other weapons and even introduced the Khanda to the rest of India (which had pretty much the same status as the katana in Japan).

  • @thejock55 im not just talking about the chakra

  • Theese guys are complete morons in the area of flying discs. If you tilt your hand, even at the slightest, your disk is going to curve. When it shows down the guys arm, you can see that he is tilting the toy sideways. I use frisbees regularly, and I know how to use them, I also know that even frisbees can hurt, this guy dosen't think that a flying *sharp* metal disk can seriously hurt somebody. He should have seen those melons. And the Chakram is not originally from Kingdom Hearts or Xena

  • no i thinkg the chakram is from xena. and they are pronoucing it wrong. chakram, not chakkkram

  • Chakrams.............doesn't that word sound familiar?????…………

    KINGDOM HEARTS!!!!!!(axel in particular)

  • I SAME ONCE AGAIN GRAET

  • great really interest

  • wjkk wjkf, cn sum1 plz gimmmi a link from where i can download this vidoe from, i woudll really apreciate that thanks

    gurfateh jio ;)

  • wjkk, wjkf

I sort of resent the fact that the kara is presented as a weapon without any explanation of its significance as kakkar, not to mention the cartoonish aspects of the treatment of the Nihang and the inaccuracies in describing SIkhi as it relates to the program.

  • @wasabi00breath what inaccuracies? and why do u think guruji gave us the kirpan to wear? its not all symbolic like christians made out.. its for fighting. the gorey banned the kirpan and made it symbolic. just how they did to the karra. before karrey were used as weapons now u get small thin ones..

  • Thanks for posting this, please upload more episodes !!

  • hahahahaha 12:51

    what he says

    sorry im so childish =P

  • @CoopXP haha wow

  • bahut wadiya

    SINGH IS KING

    Wahegurujikakhalsa waheguru ji ki fateh

  • lol trust the americans to take something so simple and make it so complicated.

    still nice though

  • Obviously you are ignorant of the point of the show...

  • @pratyush7 yep, that's what we do :)

  • neat :D

  • 10:42 that could go wrong

  • i love how the indian soldiers are wering sneakers with their robes XD

  • u heard of the sarbloh granth???

  • OMG i been looking for this video for AGES thank you raj karega khalsa net!!!

  • i thought the chakram had a thicker side on one edge of it

  • heheh it's like a frisbee of death

  • it has been used for 1000 or 2 years even before sikhism

  • awsome

  • I'm surprised Rajkaregakhalsanet is starting to support anti-Sikh Snatan views. Paintings are shown to represent Sikhs as hindus when they are most definitely NOT. Paintings don't represent Sikhi. Also Bhang is NOT a part of Sikhi, and many videos on youtube show that. Niddar is shown as one of the nihangs when most of the Dals DON'T agree with him. Shame on you Raajkaregakhalsanet

  • wat? and promotin Bhangra is ok? shame on you too!

  • if these rkk ppl are promotin snatan then you is promotin bhangra. yes it does matter actually if your father is Daler Mehndi instead of Guru Gobind Singh.

  • this is why you choose a name that doesn't mean anything. ;)

  • waheguru!!!!

    jo boollaaa soo niiihaaalllll

saaassrreeakallll dag dag futey futey pant ke jeet pant kee jeet raj karga khalsa!!!!!! cho tai neshan rahe mant ma rag ke!!! bollaa soo nihhalll!!!

sasreakall!!!! waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ke futhey!

  • is that the Chardi Kala jatha at 10:30 those guys are great

  • lol when he turned down the bhang, he should have taken it it would have put a funny twist to the show

  • lol haha! I've never tried it

  • awesome video

  • nice !

  • guys if u have dasam granth in the tags i think sri guru grantth sahib should be too, no?

  • i agree 100%. sometimes in propagating the Sri dasam granth as gurbani, we forget that Sri GURU GRANTH Sahib Ji is our GURU. Santanis want us to start believe in a different version of Sikhi and it is a shame some of us are starting to follow it.

  • wat are suntanis? dude get some lotion 4 dat. dey aint "propogatin" anyfin dey jus postin bani. dasam bani is part of warrior essence of sikhee and withut it there is no khalsa

  • where has anyone written Guru Granth Sahib isnt Guru?

are these rkk people saying Adi Granth instead of Guru Granth Sahib? or are they writing Guru Granth Sahib on all these videos?

  • who invited you into the conversation? tags dont promote, they are search queries. if someone searches for dasam granth chances are theyre interested in warrior aspect of sikhi. if they search for guru granth sahib theyre interested in sant aspect. dont see what theyve done wrong? as for "snatanism" thats not even a word. sikhi rejects all isms & schisms made by the west

  • Comment removed

  • are you amritdhari? have you read Sri Dasam Granth? it contains a lot of Metaphor & a lot of tales of experience to warn the Warrior of Pitfalls & Negativity to stay away from. having read those aspects you refer to, it is not erotic in slightest, especially in modern times where people use youtube which is full of disgusting images to feed on those weaknesses GuruJi warns us about.

  • yes i have taken amrit and i am a baptist sikh for around 7 years now, the thing is my fellow sikh some gurdwaras are starting to take the dasam granth into the gurdwara sahib and placing it next to the sri guru granth sahib. They basically say bow t the dasam granth also. Guru has said sab sikhan ko hukam hai guru manio granth. if you cannot obey gurus command you are not a sikh

  • "baptist sikh"? u need 3 Bania of Sri Dasam Granth to even become Amritdhari & those 3 Bania everyday to maintain it otherwise u are patit. Sri Dasam Granth has been parkash in Takhats for many hundreds of years. nothing wrong in bowing to Bani. only a moron would try to pit one Bani of GuruJi against another. why not respect both? do you spit on your father out of respect for your mother?

  • @m3n3l2s great comment....

  • btw my fellow sikh brother do you belive in that thing ( im forgetting the name) where they cut an animals head right off very fast and sikhs say you can eat that? just wondering they do that in haruj sahib.

  • @m3n3l2s its only time before buddha dal and the nihangs take back the akal takhat from these akj, tat khalsa sgpc pakhandis. and all takhats will be run like hazur sahib once more

  • sikhs ftw
