that's not pete sampras, because the type of footage being taken is from a mobile phone.

A 10 yr old pete sampras (or thereabouts) would be 1981, so obviously mobile phone camera weren't around back then. Any type of footage recorded back then wouldn't have been so 'stuttery' like that in this clip.
