  • the core ab exercise was just awsome and gives a direct impact on the core ab muscles. Can you explain the techniques a bit more in detail for proper cruches? I end up getting my back hurt some times. :(

  • I know several people who do very similar routines and I myself do them as well, I breathe very heavily when working out. If you have a great body like she does and you arent breathing heavily you have one great plastic surgeon! Keep up the dedication you are gorgeous and way more dedicated then I am. congrats on the hot bod!

    You need to quit hating on Zuzana!! I bet your just a fat Fu**! First of all u going to the gym is some bs and I know you've NEVER EVER worked out the way she does, u would not be able to hang for one set.

  • I love your videos it's like having a personal trainer without paying the big bucks. I had a personal trainer at the gym and the funny thing was that she worked me out without the gym equipment , the work out was all cardio or free weights. And when I do go to the gym I make sure that I am winded if not I feel like I did not accomplished a thing. People tell me that I make them tired by just looking at me work out, and your video's do the same to me. "From girl to Girl" Keep it up you look HOT..

  • why in your videos do you breathe so heavily its getting painfully fake and annoying, I go to the gym 5 days a week and no one does that for real, your in great shape, your not truly winded in these vids

  • How intensive and hard do you train? Walking into a gym does not mean you are working out effectively. If you are not reaching a level of oxygen debt than you are not pushing hard enough. Also these videos are edited down for time - and each video is just 1 in a series of videos. These are REAL workouts which cause people to sweat.

    Its not that difficult to see her exhausted not to mention these videos are edited and cut short

  • You try doing 50 rep sets alternated with cardio sets of 2 - 3 minutes of jumping rope; pretty sure you're gonna see the breathing's not fake. (Probably just the jump rope will get you there.) Most people in the gym are doing aerobic exercise for cardio; she's doing anaerobic training, which is much more intense. I know from experience that even low reps of very high intensity full body weightlifting exercises (such as the clean and jerk) cause that kind of breathing.

    Oh dude, I think you never ever held this position for 10 minutes. Additionaly, you have to bear in mind that she has already completed a workout without long breaks.

    So, I could imagine that you might handle it to hold this position for 5 mins, but not any longer. PLUS: this is not that healthy for your body as your muscles do not get new oxygen.

  • Plus the video is cut.... its 5 minutes and she ends each exercise by saying; so that was 50 reps.. we see about 10 or so...Obviously she is holding plank for more than 15 seconds, - Im nowhere as fit as she is and I hold mine for 1 min in my pilates routine. I find it odd that someone comments about her showing a few seconds of the exercise in a 5 min video and then deducts that its as much as she can handle...

  • she wasnt in plank for 15 seconds silly :) The video is cut, its only 5 mins total. She does 50 reps of each of the exercises and Im sure she holds plank for a few minutes. Im no where near as fit as she is and I hold it for 1 min in my routine. You just cant expect her to post 50 min videos every time she goes over a routine.

  • she's not very strong, always having to stop. They probably cut some bits out, but if not, giving up on the plank after 15 seconds? She just has no fat on her body so her muscles show through. But obviously she does work to get the muscles.

    I have done ab workouts for years and not lost anything on my stomach. I have muscle under the fat, but the fat has never gone. The only thing that loses fat is your diet. Eat healthily, moderately.

  • Plank is for toning: basically putting all your ab wrkout in one pot

  • you are right, but they are not designed to get rid of body fat, just to develope muscle. Healthy eating and a vigorous workout will get rid of body fat.

  • Form follows function. Planks will strengthen your core. That's what they're for. If you want to get rid of belly fat (or fat anywhere on your body) you need to build up lean muscle mass throughout your body and use it frequently.

    There's no such thing as targeting a fat zone. Fat is just stored fuel. Muscles burn the most fuel- so build muscles, use them often and fat will be depleted as needed.

  • You can't use muscle building exercises to target fat loss. That's a myth that television salespeople try to sell you. So you read correctly, but not what you think.

  • Planks will tone the abs which will help you "hold it in" better but they will not really do much for fat. But you cannout target where you want to lose fat. The body will decide for itself where it will lose fat. Regular exercise plus eating fewer calories than you are using is the only way to target the fat. No shortcuts here. Good luck!

  • yeh thats true because planks are toning exercise so they are goin to strengthen and flatten your muscles - to lose the belly fat you need to burn calories doing cardio or interval burst. thats why she does both cardio n toning

    it all comes down to genetic and other factors leading to how your body stores fat, and then burns it off

  • i agree with tjs989. there isnt a such thing as fat spot removal, ie working the muscle underneath doesnt necessarily remove the fat above it.

    but this is a good workout nevertheless!

  • When I first saw Zuzana's videos, I thought it was just another pretty girl pointlessly posing with barbie weights- however, when I actually watched what she was doing, I noticed that she teaches some really innovative techniques, many of which I've been adopting as a personal trainer and athletic coach. Even if she was ugly as sin, I'd still watch and recomend this channel.
