@mfcollex: changing the fuel distributor made it a bit better, but still have the problem, just not as bad. Meanwhile, a different heating problem has come up so I haven't driven the thing since March!
I have the exact problem on my 95 325is. I have pretty much all the same new parts as you as well, including a new MAF and an o2 sensor which I am putting in soon... Have you figured it out yet?
