I've heard many live recordings of RHCP from all periods with Frusciante and I can't say this is Frusciante sound, especially not Mother's Milk - era. He rarely used any tapping at all, he did some in recent years but not worth mentioning (or replicating). Hendrix + some funk + some Brown + some psychodelia = Frusciante sound. That, I cannot hear here.
