@martynleon Tranny or Transexual are not offensive choice of words. Tranny is just a shorter word for calling someone transexual. And calling someone transexual is not offensive because thats what they really are and they cant hide the truth no matter how much they deny that they are transexual.

I never even knew that Kaya was crossdressing because he looks too feminine for me to think that he is a complete man dressing up in women's clothes.

@SilentAssassin187 Okay, you probably weren't trying to be offensive, but I am transexual and have had "tranny" used as offensive too many times already. "a tranny" is really not a good choice of words as it gives room for doubt. "Is he transexual?" Would've been so much nicer.

But to answer the question, no. A lot of Japanese male rock stars dress very feminine (e.g Bou of An Cafe, Hizaki and Jasmine of Versailles, Selia of Seileen...), but I have yet to find one who is confirmed as transexual.
