What is interesting is the object is on a straight trajectory. If it was a balloon, the updrafts would have taken it higher and not kept it level. It truly is unidentifiable, but to what it is I would not hazard a guess.

highland park hospital parking lot (far NE corner) Highland park Il.

the first time i saw it i was on Edens 94 heading south, 6 miles south of the second sighting. and it was overhead travelling north,i had no camera that day, which was about a week or 6 days earlier.

it was the same as wind- it seems to maintain its altidude. it slowly spun as tumbled like a balloon would, depite its shape and fins. If i hadn't have seen it twice now i'd have figured it was a lost advertising balloon that broke from its ground connection. the temps that day were cool- and it was cloudy all day so it couldent have been a solar balloon. hope you also saw the close up version of same clip... :)

It looks to me like the object is blowing in the same direction as the wind. That said, it is without a doubt an unusual video.

near the last few frames- yeah thats an airplane. the object was under the treeline and i moved onto filming the plane.
