@Raveneffect08 I am sure it is ACE PILOT. There was a g gen wars video which posted the same theme titled ACE PILOT 「ガンダム外伝THE BLUE DESTINY」 roughly translates to: ACE PILOT Gundam Gaiden THE BLUE DESTINY. I just did a google search on the name, and found a theme that was similar to this. I believe it is correct.
