Excellent work, its opened up my eyes to Bio Diesel. Only one complaint, the background music is drowning out your voice, get rid of it. (Enya was alright but still annoying)
Yes, the methanol is removed by cooking the glycerin for at least five hours at 160 F. My next video should be a condeser that recovers the methanol. The methanol smell is gone after the glycerin is cooked and stirrred.

Maurice, great video series. One question, do you remove the methanol from the glycerin byproduct when making your soap?
