@crunkmonarch.. I would like to know.. Tell me which country has ever conquered and ruled Afghanistan? The evil mongolians came for a short time and Changiz lost his son, and don't forget that the Mongols had conquered the whole of Asia! Alexander the Great came for a short time but could not rule Afghanistan! Afghans have always been persistently resistant to foreign invaders!

@hakunamatatatata this video is pretty biased lol. i suggest u read an unbiased history book. afghanistan has been invaded many times by many different people and pathans have been defeated many times. im an expert in asian/european history and this video lacks a lot of events that we're taught in universities. it's an incomplete history. there is no doubt pathans are brave but there is biasness in this video...peace.

I loved this, i am Pathan, we were from Waziristan from the Burki clan, which are made up of Danishmands, Ghuskhil, Babakhil etc. They migrated to Jallandar India, i think during these battles, before moving to Pakistan where many joined the Army. I'm proud of them and their successes, including the fact they are all highly educated including females,like myself who holds a PhD, hence everyone is encouraged to do their best in life and reach ur max potential in anything you undertake.

I m glad to hear that Wazirians are also present in jallandar . I m not wazir but  a few of my friends are Wazir's . And one thing more that Wazir's are very blessed and most talented people ,apart from the fact that they belong to most remote area of Khyber Pakhtunkha or FATA. Most of senior physicians in the hospitals of Peshawar are Wazirians . And last but not the least that Wazirians are very strong physically and very beautiful people and pakka Muslims.

In fact its a very informative documentary & that's how history should be told & read. It took me 10 different web sites to get to know what I just read in this very documentary. But there are a couple of discrepancies that need to be rectified. 1) In 1729 Abdali was just 6 years old so he was not in the battle field fighting Ghilzais. 2)Wazir Akbar Khan had defeated & killed Nalwa but Peshawar was not regained. 3) Abdali baba had inflicted crushing defeat upon sikhs in 1762.

also it was the dogras that sent the message to dost mohamed to attack because every1 at the time was busy with maharaja ranjit singh son';s wedding and hari singh would stand in the way of the dogras plan to get kashmir, which its also clearly written and fact they collaberated with the brits,, tc god bless i hope you look up this as i have good pashtoon brother and we believe in real truthful honor by fact ,,sikhs&pashtoons=brothers of the same oh you can also go to khyber.org it ll speak it

much respect to to the video but again fact based wazir akbar khan did not kill sardar hari singh nalwa,,he was shot in the back by a hindu dogra who was dispatched and was sikh uniform, factual proof of this is peshwar gazette, ,wikepediyia it, ans wazir akbar khan 's did not recover peshwar they withdrew and the sikhs maintained it another proof this is after his death peshwar was given to the dogras &as promised they forgave barukzai tax for cooperating in scheme to kill hari singh

your still using pictures of sikh warriors in battles taken from sikh websites and your passing them off as afghans from 1747 onwards. Any Sikh or non-afghan or educated person who see's this willl laugh at your work if you dont change it.

@killahvibes and were am i pasing the sikh pictures in the video as afghans..sorry to bust your bubble but dont flatter yourself as i doubt youl find a single pashtun that pretends or says he is a sikh lol. as iv told you on a few occasions ther is nowhere in the video were i have said or pointed out a sikh is an afghan, the history from 1747 involves sikhs which would obviously mean sikh pictures would be included.

Sorry to burst your bubble dude, but alot of pasthuns /afghans have made this mistake in their videos only when pointed out and shown sikh websites do they realise they been using pictures of Sikhs.

@killahvibes And if you read the captions before the picture youl understand why the pictures are there. 4.58 "Ahmed begins his military conquest" (ovcourse the conquest involved fighting sikhs) 5.18 the caption says "afghans cross the indus river and conquar pakistan" and who was in pakistan? the sikhs obviously, so why not have a picture up? etc.

and yup i agree with you many afghans might have made the MISTAKE but thats all it would be, nobody would put a sikhs picture up on purpous : )

@hakunamatatatata it is misleading dude it gives you impression they are afghans when it is the Sikh warriors pictured fighting in the centre of the pics, maybe you need to crop the pictures to show the afghans in there.

I am a Sikh myself, I respect the true pasthun people who are true to pasthunwali culture and code of conduct and way of life which pre-dates arab Islam and its shariah.

@killahvibes No it gives you the impression as your a sikh, its called selective vision. anyone that understands the pashtuns even from basics will certainly know that a pashtun will never pose himself as a sikh, i havnt captioned any sikh person as being an afghan & have justified the pictures you pointed out.

so basicly you repect pashtuns that r not muslim that is 0.5%?, nw that makes sense lol. i respect sikhs though, i hav plently of sikh friends thers alot of similarities in character.
