  • Very cool welder, nice job. Wow the camera is getting vertical lines from the intense light. Same thing happened with a high powered laser I built.

  • how much liter per minute ?

  • That's cool, but the ultimate welding machine is the atomic hydrogen welder, it makes near perfect welds in an inert environment and it's the best of both gas and electric welding. You should try to make one, the basic idea is fairly simple...

  • I have that EXACT same creme brulee torch!

  • HI! How you splitting distilled water without electrolyte???

I can this only with high voltage but this is waste energy!

  • Can't weld.

  • See you've lit the gas stream (H2 plus O2/Cl2 depending on electrolyte/salt used?) from a blow torch.

I'd be really interested to know if placing a bit of oil on the welding block will cause ignition without the need for the blow torch.I've have heard that if a pure oxygen jet is directed onto oil then the oil will react/burn. Thinking there's a chance it'll work with 33% oxygen.

  • WATERGOD SAYS COOL ~!

  • if you wana get rid off of "hydrogen brittling "efect add a second bubbler filled with water and acetone 50/50.

  • awesome how'd you get all the hydrogen to bubble

  • Very cool . . . I hate being tied to my oxyacetylene tanks . .. Dig the OSHA approved welding sandals!!!

    Rock on!

  • HAHA dude thats the SHIT! do you have plans, BP, or dox on this?

  • every time i see one of these, it reminds me of a meth lab....good set up though and awesome torch.

  • The nutrient (material that will become the ruby crystal) consists primarily of extremely pure aluminum oxide (Al2O3); approximately 5-8% of chromium oxide (Cr2O3) must be added to produce the essential red color. If star ruby is being produced, a small amount (0.1-0.5%) of titanium oxide (TiO2) is also used. The flame fusion process uses an oxygen-hydrogen torch to melt powdered forms of the two basic components, whereas the Czochralski process uses some form of electrical heating .

  • You guys need to read the Wikipedia on this.

  • Wow, very nice HHO torch!

  • Excellent Bornman88 really fine, you've mad the best so far... Really nice work.

  • A problem with using hho on steel can be hydrogen brittling. Unused h particles get into the steel structure from the hho gas and form pockets that promote brittle cracking.

By the way I felt sick because of the camera work in this video. PUT THAT SHIT ON A TRIPOD!

  • If you use the correct mix of H + O all the hydrogen is consumed in the reaction so there is no hydrogen embrittlement. Like an Oxy acetylene tourch if not set properly can have an oxidising flame or a carbourising flame. Directly running tourch off an electrolysis unit means that correct mix of gas is automatic. See browns gas patents.

  • 2H2+O2 -> 2H2O

  • Have you tried welding on aluminum with it? I hear that it works well, just not on steel.

  • hi bornman88 you say earlier that its cheaper to heat your home with electricity than using hho.. prices for primary units in UK are 50 USA cents for one killowatt per hour ..how does this compare with your output ?

  • nice setup... where could I find plans for such a facinating invention.

I'm in the process of making a HHO/gasoline hybrid. Such promise.

  • Couldnt this run a small jet like turbine to spin a generator.

  • I have not tried so I dont know, the burn rate might be to fast!

  • @tjgame2 what would be the point? the electrolysis process would invariably use more energy then you could generate

  • You are right thats what i was thinking, it would cost more to run this then a real torch, but if you ran it in a vehicle like me, my truck creates its own power from the alternator witch means i would only have to buy water and baking soda or lye to run my truck, if u have anyquestions ask, and check my videos of my cell

  • I see your wearing your stealtoe boots.

  • sweet torch bornman88. very nice work sir...

  • 2 bubblers? keeping it safe, thats a good idea

thanks! I'll tell you how it goes

  • Hey Man, great video!

I am making one myself, what are you using to shoot the gas out?

would it be fine if i used a mattress blower to pump the gas through?

it has a hole that sucks in and has a hole that pushes out so i am thinking i can hook the tubes up to that .

how many bubblers are you using 1 or 2?

    sorry for all the questions..

    thanks!

  • A jewelers torch and I am using two bublers in series

I am not sure about your pump idea, be carefull this stuff is dangerous

  • @SpencersGarage you can not use something that causes a spark, and motors have sparks inside making the motor turn, this will explode the gas.

  • Thank you for the reply I will try and stay up to date on how your works going.Tec

  • I have used cutting gases for years and like everything else the cost is awful,Anyway It would be a good ideal to tell everyone to use a "Flashback arestor" to make it safer.you can get these at any welding supply,or online. And no I dont sell them I just use them in my equipment. Thanks for the vid keep it up. Tec

  • I dont think normal flashback arrestors work for HHO as it is super quick

I am using two water bubblers in series for this very reason

Sid young (sidyoung is his user name) has been experimenting with flashback devices and his videos are very educational aswell as entertaining

My expierence tell me that water is the best barrier against flashbacks!

  • Hey me again, something I thought I would share I have been using a mov power supply and control panel to test different plate setup's to see if i can get the hho output up.This allowes me to set the time in secounds so if something happens it will auto shutdown plus i dont have to be on top of it.Any thoughts on this. Thanks Tec

  • Please explain what a mov power supply is?

  • Opps dumb me. A microwave oven power supply and its control panel.I thought with the volts and amps about the same output each time I would be able to tell if my plate setup was better.I had someone acking me questions while I was typing. so any thoughts on this. Thanks Tec

  • OK thanks for the info.

  • how much did that torch cost?

  • It is a Jewelars manufaturing torch

I bought it many years ago and I have no idea what I paid for it!

Google it it and see what happens

  • i want to know how to give it so much pressure to shoot the flame out so far! someone send me a message and let me know

  • I'm a fan of more surface area. You can also set up your cell to run on less amperage by using neutral plates. Check out D3's stuff of using more batteries and wiring them in a series. I'm currently drawing up plans to use 36 volts, and using 9 12" plates in a +nnn-nnn+ in a dry cell setup, and the 36 volts will make it a HHO Hammer...not efficient...but I'm making fire, not saving the manatees...

  • My generator operates to 8 psi and I am generating about 400 liter per hour in this video

  • 8 PSI

  • HHO can heat up hot enough to melt tungsten. It also is indeed hotter than oxy-acetylene. The oxygen in the torch reacts with the metal being touched. Watch the video "HHO Gas part one" and you'll see that your fact, is indeed incorrect.

  • your a moron

if you were an expert in welding you would know that hho is 30% faster then acetylene and much safer

  • HHO gas or Klein gas is an oxyhydrogen mixture made by water electrolysis, which has been trademarked Aquygen by the firm Hydrogen Technology Applications.

The HHO trademark is associated with an unproven state of matter called magnegases, and an unproven theory about magnecules, which supposedly shows that HHO is a "new gaseous and combustible form of water".

Basically, it is being used as the new buzz term to describe a Hydrogen Generator.

    Which makes sense.

  • Are you seriously saying that KLEIN is the first person to create HHO? "Klein Gas"?? Sorry guys, but you know as well as I do, that this discovery was patented LONG before Klein came into the picture. I've spoken with HyTechApps' R&D department. They could not give me any specifics that makes Aquygen different from regular HHO created at home. It was called Brown's Gas when I took chemistry in college. ;) I feel that Klein is taking a little too much credit here. He just made a product.

  • Keep up the good fight!

Get the info out on this fantastic technology!

    Oil pigs suck!

    Happy 420,

    Matt

  • The time is comming to roast all the fooking oil pigs

  • and the ignorant knob's that protest noble change for the good.... all in the one dust bowl i reckon..

  • Wow...nice..

What are you using for your electrolyte?

  • Dud are you using a pwm?

  • I am using an inverter tig welder as a DC supply which is switched at high freqency

  • Seriously, can I buy a working welder from you?

  • I'm willing to pay for a finished model or detailed plans on how to construct one. What would you charge?

  • I have a 12 volt battery charger that can go up to 100 amp. Do you think i could use this and get similar results?

  • Yes it will

  • what power supply are you running? battery? how powerful?

  • I use an inverter welder 0 to 100 amp DC

Commonly known as a Tig welder as my DC supply

On this electrode I run at 70 amp that generates enough gas for the torch

  • how many volts is it opperating on? are there any tig inverters that you can adjust the voltage?

  • Your electrode will determine the voltage

So, if you dont want to generate heat you have to build your electrode with this in mind

Work on around 2 volt per cell

I have 8 cells in the welder electrode and the Tig pushes 16 volt at 70 amp

  • I have been looking at what people use for there torch. Some people use the little air nozzles for the tip of the torch. Did you make that little nozzle assembly? if not then where could I get one. And does the nozzle pressureize the gas or do you have another part to do that?

  • Dont comment if you dont know anything about HHO!

  • I've been following the youtube HHO Projects for some time and I haven't heard of one person that was injured by it. I've heard many people talk about safety precautions like spark back preventions. it seems very possible to handle the gas safely. Maybe you just need to admit that there are instances and oddity that the current scientific curriculum just can't account for. Sorry your perfect ordered little world seems not to be so perfect.

  • You are spot on keithfury

  • omg do you just cruise the hho vids and make everyone pissed at you or something? beware people this kids a ignorant retarded wanker...

  • durrh you retard, hho is a name given to the "hydrogen-oxygen-mixture" , "HHO is physicaly impossible" bhhahahaha what a retard!

  • umm actually HHO means hydrogen hydrogen oxygen the name for water is H2O durrh retard think before u talk what they do is they split the 2 hydrogen atoms from the 1 oxygen atom and then burn them together im only 13 and i kno this do a lttle research before u make fun of someone or u might end up looking like a jack ass you jack ass

  • That not what you typed, you typed in

(("hydrogen-oxygen-mixture" , "HHO is physicaly impossible"))

H20 ya thats TWO H's and ONE O.

You learn that in grade school...Or maybey you skipped out during that class.

  • people just get dumber and dumber these days.... read my comment a few more times and see that i am comparing the 2 statements and laughing at them, who gives a crap what you call it, its the same stuff, its just a name...what a dickhead... i make HHO all the time...

  • what a dumb ass.... i was making fun at him retard, if you couldn't see that then you should get off the computer and go to school...i quoted him!! hence the QUOTATION MARKS!!!! use whatever squishy mass is inside your head (be it your gay friends dick....) and think before you speak....

  • This is something new WISE MAN do not be so eager to have and opinion about something that science can't fully explain yet

  • wow to may dumbass's out there. you can get results off a 9volt battery . you cna fill a 2 litter bottle in 1 min off 9 volts and run a torch for 10 min . it not dangerious as you think . wow you open your mouth and Crap spills out . Do some research and make your own befroe ya open your mouth. Im runing 12v cell which produces enough gas to run my Motor cycle 30miles on 4 cups of water . To get Real hydrogen you use a magent and split it to pure form Jackass!!!

  • or sepearate the - and + in seperate containers :)

  • Please dont waste my time with your text book BS

  • Amen.... practical overrules theory, ill bet there was a bunch of ignorant know it all wankers around when they invented the first car and ill bet back then they had the same outlook , make a fool of yourself and deny everything even if it does work....tossers

  • whatever the technical chemical formula is the shit works and that makes it real as far as I'm concerned.

  • yes errr that um made a lot of sense....you were the one that said it moron! grow a brain or eyeballs and try this yourself ignorant fool...

  • please tell me one thing; what provides the energy to make the flame?

  • DC voltage and water.

Water is changed from a liquid to its gas component, Hydrogen and Oxygen

  • yea anything above 5 psi can kill so use a vevy good bubbler and nice welder

  • what materials do you need to make one of these things?

  • You will need an electrode capable of 200 to 400 liter per hour

A gas tight container that can handle 20 psi and more

A pressure switch to turn your electrode off at 15 psi

Then a bubbler or two for your well being

This is very important , it stops you from getting injured or worse

    Be Safe!!

  • nice setup, what did you use for a difuser plate?

  • If you are refering to the electrode material I used,it is 316 Stainless

  • Did u use an electrolyte or just straight distilled water?

  • Yes, I do use an electrlyte

  • can u make anouther video

  • Absolutely Beautiful

  • Question: Can you cook a burge or a steak with this torch?

Can you make a grill? Water Heater? Furnace? Stove?

    How much electricity is required?

What is the flow of the torch? How could you heat a pan without torching it?

  • I have not tried, it will be cheaper to use an electic stove

The flow rate is 300 liter per hour

  • awsome work!

  • i mean does not shoot back into the nozzle ;)

  • the gas pressure is high enough to maintain a high velocity as it exists the torch nozzle, so no flashbacks

  • one question, how does it come that the flame feeds back into the nozzle? its HHO that needs no external oxigen to explode. or am i wrong?

  • FIRE FIRE, man, this is great! Keep it coming!

  • i love welders, they're like sexy lasers that can cut through anything. If you want to test anymore of your welders out, you can use it on my shitty computer, I'm trying to find a way to destroy because of the hell it put me through

  • i really like this video ! ... continu to do experiment like this

  • mr bornman88, i tried this one but all i got was a big explosion that tear the lead of my electrolyzer, i am using wilkins 6 liters water bottle, now i replaced my electrolyzer with a biscuit can, i used a bubbler and another bottle full of used cloth but same result, explosion, how come i cannot make the gas to burn just as a torch would, what is the minimum pressure to ignite the gas continually? plese help. thanks.

  • tu peut utiliser une seringue ;) ... chck my video . i have a torch . it an idea

  • Have you read anything about Dr William Rhodes, Yull Brown, or Stanley Meyers? With pulse width modulators, coils/inductors and frequency, you get the amps way down. This is the future, and now economically viable

  • Thanks, I will look into this

  • on my video i didnt need a bubbler, I used a highpressurised water filter unit with my unique plate design, and a flashback arrestor, running 13 volts, 15-20 amps, also my plates were spaced 1 mm apart, this caused tremendus heat and high pressure.

also just recently my unit meleted, im currently building one with stainless steel and a water cooling system.

  • How many PSI is the container under ?

  • You need at least 15 Psi to drive a welding torch

Dont ignite the gas without a bubbler!!!!

  • Very impressive. How do you pressurize the gas?

  • Put a lid on your electrode container and be carefull!

  • Hello' What are you using as a flash arrestor. or to prevent flash back.

  • I am using water as a shield against backfires

It is very important to have at least 6 inches of water above the bubbel diffuser plate

  • Plus they are built into the regulators and the torch body itself. He knows what he's doing if he's experimenting with this welding in his garage lol.

  • No its not economical to heat your house , it would be better to use electricity for heating your home

  • really great what kind of coil are you using or plates can you run a car with that amount of gas?or gas heat for my house?louuis

  • 60 amp 16 volt

  • Nice setup, how about some figures for volts/amps ?

  • Very impressive!
