I saw Karch Kiraly and Timmons playing in Olimpic Games of 84 and 88. Kiraly was the best player ever in volleybal and beach volleybal. The only men that won three gold medals in olimpic games (84, 88 and 96).
Kiraly and Timmons never lost a championship since 84 at 88, for USA.

50's-70's USSR, 70’s Yugoslavia, 80's US (even with their title in Beijing) & 90's Italy have practically become museum items.

a ravenna sia maschile che femminile c'era il miglior volley del mondo in quegli anni.
le due squadre migliori (messagero e teodora) sono sparite .
la crisi economica ha ucciso questo sport nella mia città .
