Fixed.You must go to the talk all bridge builders and go there where is a rock and come back(readed this on one comment).

you need to talk to everyone who's working ON THE BRIDGE

I also got stuck and just found this out.

talk to all 4 of them and then exit the area, come back in and the bridge will be done.

i just got this game today and im stuck on hoo hoo village. you know the hammer bros and they need you to get them hoo hoo blocks? i get out of thier house and the bridge, at the left of their, house, is not ready, and i dont know where to get the hoo hoo blocks. i need a hammer because i need to smash a stone that cackletta's little helper put right in front of me. PLEASE HELP ME, I JUST GOT THIS GAME TODAY.

it gets fixed when you get your hammers

no not true. you get the hammer after you complete the hoohootrail which is AFTER the bridge is fixed. Just talk to the 4 guys working on the bridge in turn, and reenter the area, if that doesn't work talk to every hoohoo you can find and then return to the bridge. but the first method should work.
