@TheRealityOfNature He crated man with a perfect plan. He created us to do good works, and to fellowship with Him. He gave us the prize position in all of His glorious creation, and the ability to walk daily with Him.
But we failed Him. God told them what NOT to do what what the consequences would be, but they did it anyway. He then gave us a chance to be reconciled with Him.
Yes, He created this world knowing we would sin, but He also created it knowing from eternity past that His own Son

What sickens me about that passage is that his family had become so wicked that they wouldn't repent, that their was no chance that they would change from their wicked ways, that the only option left to God was to have them killed before they corrupted more to their wicked ways.
The cities in Noah's age were so utterly wicked that there was no turning back, even though tge were given the chance at redemption.
