Already written to them. I hope you get reinstated. You'd think that their suspension system would involve a closer review of cases where the sub count was above a certain level.
I think enough people will bug them to get their attention. Your account should have no problem getting reinstated.
I sent in a complaint too. If this sort of thing keeps up an irresponsible person might suggest a random flagging campaign. The flagging system is ridiculous if all videos on YouTube were flagged regardless of content the problem with the system would become apparent.

Tell that to Gisburne and RabidApe. Gisburne had as many subs as I did when he was banned. Both had 2 strikes (actually, Gisburne had 2 on each account, then the 5th one) and both are back now.
Personally I find it to be a bull suspension because it appears obviously biased. Why are people so bloody sensitive that they have to go on the warpath over anything they don't particularly crank a batch over?
I'll be the first to say that a few of your videos are a little controvercial, but come on I can find worse shit ON YOUTUBE by putting in 'zoo' and 'sex' in the same sentence. Their system of control is flawed and I believe it should be reworked...
This reliance on peer control leaves it open to anyone flagging videos for any reason, legitimate or not, and only a miniscule level of responsibility towards the people who are supposed to be REVIEWING and EVALUATING these flags to determine their validity.
At the VERY least they should just delete the offending, SPECIFIC video and send a message to the channel owner detailing SPECIFICLALLY what rule it broke, and how.
