Bombay or now Mumbai (aaakkkthooo) is a dangerous place where lynch-mobs of Marathi-Pakis roams the streets and kill and rape Indians.
I advice everyone, DO NOT GO THERE.
Non-Indians check your foreign ministry travel advice before visiting this god forsaken city. BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY.
It might remind Americans the lynching of blacks in old Mississipi & Alabama.
If you are lucky, you will be mugged & beaten and if unlucky you be killed/raped by lynch mobs of marathi-pakis.

What part of Mumbai are you referring to? Some of my family lives there and haven't experienced problems. I visited there and it seemed pretty safe to me.

Some people just have too much time on their hands. I advise EVERYONE to go there because its a fantastic city. I go there every three months just for the hell of it! I havent been killed yet, nor have I been raped. I havent been mugged and I haven't been beaten. If you have then you prob deserved it!
