  • Good job. You might want to go a little lower but you're pretty much there. One thing though, do your squats inside the rack witht he safety bars so if you ever can't handle the weight or give out or whatever the weight won't fall on you.

  • Awesome form! Who cares how much weight he is using? With form like that, he could progress very rapidly. All 5 points (feet, knees, pelvic, shoulders, neck) looked good for the most part.
