Fair enough point buddy. But one thing you've to realize is that copying isn't the same everywhere. English and American composers or film makers who dare to copy will be caught very easily. They'd be fined and/or imprisoned. Indian music isn't very famous in the west. So most of our film makers or composers get away with copying. Quite untrue. ARR is not a copycat. Yes, he has his inspirations. This song has one clip that sounds similar to the song from Kadhal Kondein. Also a couple of other notes. But not the entire song.
