Interesting. I have family in WI who have Cox cable, and both the cable system and local stations use the EAS tones and voice announcement from the NWS. Cable Provider?
strange that they don't use the tones and voice announcement from the NWS. Not really an effective, or safe way of warning people, especially, if it was a tornado. Where was this recorded at?
