I fiddled with that thing for nearly a full hour before I gave mine up as defective. Never occured to me to try putting it in his hand before smacking it endlessly on my tabletop, or trying to stick toothpicks, mini-screwdrivers and pentips into it.

Lmao. I get so angry at transformers sometimes. I have a 3 yr old son, so when the movie came out I was all about introducing him. I however forget how annoying trying to transform a detailed object infront of a toddler can be... "Done yet Mom? OH MOM!! You ruin it! Why you break his arm off!? You can do it Mommy, try harder..." I have spiked a few across the room. I too went to college. I laugh b/c my 3 year old is probably smarter than half the d-bags being rude on here... Transformers RULE!!
