Well, if my idea was bad, then how about this. Take the same Flamethrower I mentioned, drop it's normal damage power to 1, make it's mini critical hits and normal critical hits hardly deal any damage, give it an ammo cap of 300, and an after burn time of 60 seconds with the whole burn time only dealing out a total of 30 damage.

That should equal a Flamethrower that hardly deals damage, but exposes enemy spies due the long burn time. It can air blast a lot though... is that overpowered?

I had an idea for a custom weapon being a Flamethrower called Anti-Espionage that has the same power as the default one, 25 units of ammo being the max, 1 compression blast at max ammo, and being unable to deal critical hits.

The strength of it would have been 15% extra damage to Cloaked Spies, and Disguised Spies. I scrapped that idea due to it most likely being to strong and uncertainty of it actually working. Seeing this Flamethrower, mine does not seem over powered at all.
