Brice (The Uploader) has another video on here where Chilli does sing completely live, this IS pre-recorded, she forgets to put the mic to her mouth a couple of of times, and you can just listen to it to hear its not live, jeez.

I've been 2 their fanmail concert and I kno their music inside and out. I kno their voice. I've been a fan for 2 decade even when they weren't in the spotlight. TLC is a true proformer!!! @CR8ZYS3XYCOOL i know, right?! I've seen every performance and you can definitely tell that Chilli is singing live. For one, she's singing a bit different, it sounds a little choppier than the record, but still amazing. People just don't want to believe that she can sing and dance. I don't know how someone could think she's lip synching. She is singing live and the backtrack has her singing harmonies, so of course it's going to sound like she's singing everything at once.
thats how yhu know she is a good singer hell you cant even tell if she lip syncing or not lmao!

i have this video in better quality on vhs, and you can clearly see she's not singing live. the most obvious moments are at :
1:17-1:18 when she's singing the hook and the verse at the same time.
1:38-1:41 you can't really see it on this clip, but her lips aren't even moving. and the hook starts before she starts singing.
and the most obvious is 2:21 - 2:25 when the mic is nowhere near her mouth and her voice is still playing.
