I'm watching one in my yard - the second time I've seen him - eating birdseed and oranges/carrots I've put out for him. I'll continue to feed him throughout the winter as long as he visits. I only hope my neighbors don't object, although I'd have to say he's friendlier than many of them. :-D I don't view him as a nuisance or an unwanted rodent and he comes back despite my two cocker spaniels being in the yard, so he's welcome.

Thats what more people need to be doing is helping the possums instead throwing snow and stuff at them.The are just like us trying t survive in the world.
