Any ideas what he means by " I start from the 2 minutes and chisel away?" I have my own ideas but I could be wrong.

what he means is, he plays the first track and after 2 mins start to mix it up. Playing a track then cutting in another before it gets to the point where lesser DJs may start to mix. As well as adding effects, accapella's etc... It's like the old mastermix tapes from back in the day...
