Well it might be useful during certain final smashes like Ness and Lucas' because that effects everyone and is usually difficult to avoid.

i made this exact stage and then i jumped in with mario and made it 2 the other side and the opposite hole :) i also found it easier to do a backward-jump from right under the thin platform thing into the corner. im gonna make a race with this glitch :D

The reason is simple:

You jump through the go through platform, but half of you is going through the block. The nintendo wii console confuses the block with the go through platform, seeing as how you jumped through them at the same time, it's simple.

iv done this many ties b4. IT works best with meta knight and if u do it with hm then hav those platorms right under the blocks. And u fall till u reach it and the way i use it, it's VERY usefull. Especially against a cpu. EVen lvl 9, they're stll dumb as hell. I kill them easy in there.

You have to put the platform there because you can go through platforms. The glitch causes the game to think you can go through whatever you are trying to go through right now.

I know another way to get within a block structure like that. If you use the ice climber's final smash, the iceberg can push therough walls and other objects. Position it right, and you can land in an empty gap between objects.
