I wish there were more journalists like Paxman, because it's really the same thing everywhere. These politicians are appointed by the people and paid for with their hard earned money, and are supposed to be in service of them. Instead all they do is play power games to see which party can "rule" the longest and enforce their own agenda's, so they can get a nice follow-up position. Politics is quite sickening to me and I for one do not believe that any of them are working in service of me.

You get taught how to do this at most private schools its a pretty usefull oratory skill, basically there answering similar, though not identical, questions, to the one originaly posed some politciians can do this so well the audiance (and interviewer) is left satisfied with a completely hollow answer. Another tactic is say you have 10 minutes of questioning time, try an make your answers as long as possible to eat into the time thus answering less questions.

Wont work on paxman though :)
